Precautions To get the best of “Duraflex Superb whitening Abrasive Roller”
If the wearing out is fast, it clearly means wrong selection of grading.
- If breakage of Rice is more than normal, check if the grading in use is harder.
- If there is chipping from sides, space between rollers is not maintained.
- If not matching in dia, clearance gap between bore & Flange is more.
- If roller breakage occurs, it can be due to any one of the reason Presence of some
- Foreign material uneven space between rollers improper fitting of flange.
- Faulty design of machine.
